PRO PRE SEASON 2025

5 Week Pro Pre Season
Full Day 9:00am – 4:00pm.

It’s half fitness, half football. 20 players only on each age bracket so we can really tailor it to each individual, GPS tracking, stats, body analysis. We want to give the players a professional pre season they deserve! It will be designed & delivered by the full Ace Of Sports coaching team. We also have additional support from the sports science lab at Liverpool university to give us a more in-depth statistical knowledge of our player progress over the 6 weeks. New for this year will also be inviting in special guest appearances from a sports nutritionist & specialist fitness coach.
